Welcome to Lost Owl Books
Lost Owl Books is the online home of the works of Erick Flaig. I've been writing since high school.
The books I write have no explicit blood, gore, or sex, and I strive to make them enjoyable for all members of the family. I write science-fiction, and fantasy, and horror; and sometimes, something else altogether. All of my work meets this standard. In addition, featured work must be affordable; one edition must retail at $2.99 or under on at least one site. I will always have at least one free novel available.
I invite you to take a romp through alternate realities with Ishmael, as he struggles to find love and the perfect boat, all the while saving the universe. "Call Me Ishmael." Come along with Jenny Myers, a young college student who finds a love from beyond the grave in" Ghost of a Chance."
For middle readers, meet Jonathan Boyd and his time-shifting beagle, Rooster, as they solve a 70 year old mystery and learn not to lie. "The Beagle Connection."
More books are on the way. Books like:
"The Spiderbears of Red Cottage"
"My Name is Kentucky"
"The Cats of Chaos"
"The Dark Places"
"Tales from the Black Acorn"
